If your payment is less than 24 hours old, you can contact us via email to confirm whether we have started producing your product. If we haven't started production, we can assist you with a refund.


Order Error & Damage

Claims for order shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies with the data you provided must be made within 3 business days of receiving your order. All returns and refunds require contacting us via email, and we will provide a 100% refund based on the actual circumstances, once we have confirmed the issue.


Shipping Damage

Upon receiving your package, please inspect it immediately for completeness.
