Refunds for Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that does not match the custom data you provided, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us via email within 3 working days of receiving the item and provide photos showing the quality defects. After our review, we will communicate with you regarding compensation details based on the specific situation of the product. If you insist on a refund, we will provide you with a return address, and we will bear the return shipping cost. The full refund will be issued to your payment account.
Shipping Issues Resulting in Damaged Products
If our product is damaged during transit and cannot be used properly, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item. Take photos of the damaged packaging and provide them to us for processing. We will file a compensation claim with the shipping company, and this part will be handled by us. During this process, we will also communicate with you to arrange a replacement shipment or provide a refund according to your preference.* We kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible. Although we have set a 3-day refund period, we still encourage you to inspect the product for any issues upon delivery.
